Portal Instructions
Our Patient Portal is here for your convenience! To access it, simply ask any member of our front office staff to send you an email invitation along with your account number.
When you receive the invitation and account number just click on the link in the email and you will be taken to the web site. You will then setup up your personal password using your account number. It’s that easy!
Once completed you will be able to access much of your personal medical information. The Patient Portal allows you to have access to the following:
- Inbox and Chart Documents: This location holds documents that have your private medical information, including labs, x-rays and pathology. If the information you’re looking for is not listed, it’s because it has not been enabled for access. There are some documents which cannot be enabled.
- The Inbox: This allows you to send messages and questions to any member of the office staff and doctors.
- My Demographics: This is your personal profile. You can change it and update it at any time.
- My Medical Information: Click on this tab and you’ll find a drop-down menu that allows you to view data that includes vital signs and recommendations from your last visit. You can also access your appointment history.
- Clinical Summaries: This is generated after your visit and has information pertaining to your health and recent visit.
- Change Your Password: As with all sites it’s a good idea to occasionally change your password. This is where you can do that.
The Patient Portal is a new feature we’re offering. If you have any problems accessing it or discover issues with the site please let us know. We are continually trying to improve and streamline the site to make it easy for you to use
